VERSION 3.0

I never really thought of turning 30, other than the acknowledgement that Jesus began His ministry at that age. And when I turned 30 this February, I really expected to wake up with a theological degree or possibly be shipped to some random country to do mission work.

But that's not the case, instead, I awoke as normal, was wished Happy Birthday by someone really special, and went to work. I did have a small party at my church with the Men's Fellowship, and that was my day.

No voice from the sky or any sign of doves, but 30 is the age of new beginnings and new ventures. But I was wished by over 100 people.

Joseph became Vizier of Egypt at 30
David became a king at 30
Ezekiel became a prophet at 30

So certain spiritual tasks were allocated to men mostly at the age of 30. This was their Kairos moment to fulfill God's purposes at that time.

What does 2025 hold for me? Or rather, what does the age 30 consist of? To be honest, I don't know but what I do know is that all things work for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purposes.

However, I have a hunch I will be entering into something new....
