Church has been cancelled in South Africa after the President declared a National State of Disaster that banned any gathering that includes a 100 people or more. Churches have gone online with live streams in order to ‘cater for their congregation’s spiritual needs’. The death toll is sitting at more than 11000 as I write this with 284,805 cases worldwide. 93000 have recovered. Many have panicked, resorting to stockpiling in preparation for quarantine or self-isolation. People fighting over toilet paper while others are involved in some TikTok challenge that allows the user to contract any means possible. Some have licked toilet seats to contract it. The world
is in a frenzy and people are not interested in helping others or keeping themselves safe.
There’s news of a Nostradamus prophecy that occurred in 1555. This post sent a lot of people into a panic. Nostradamus did prophesy about many things but it didn’t necessarily come to pass. Unless the way he worded it in such a way that the reader didn’t interpret it correctly. There are stories going around that the virus was invented and that it was released. But in hindsight, if it wasn’t for the virus, we would be surrounded by World War III right now. It was the virus that caused a different type of disruption in the world.
South Africa has 240 cases of the Coronavirus with thankfully, no deaths. People have been trying to stockpile but that would only be the rich people as the rest have to wait until payday to buy their food. Most of the items bought were toilet paper, flour and baby formulas.
While there are so many rumours that are created by idiots who don’t anything to do with their lives, good reliable information has been given to the public. I have recently heard from a video that they perform an autopsy on a victim of the Coronavirus. Their lungs and air pipes were filled with mucus so much so that they wouldn’t allow the medication to get through. The disease has a way to protect itself! The symptoms are sore throat, cough, fever, headaches and trouble breathing.
Coronavirus is not a death sentence.
In this crazy time, not many people have turned to the Bible to gain perspective on the current situation. Christians should not be surprised by the current circumstances. All this is in the Bible.
Luke 21:10-11
10 Then He told them, “Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom. 11 There will be great earthquakes, famines, and pestilences in various places, along with fearful sights and great signs from heaven.
Here we can see that the Bible had a clue on what was happening 2000 years ago. Notice that it mentions that nations will rise against nations. Other
scriptures talk about rumours of wars. This almost happened at the beginning of 2020 with America and Iran. Notice the word pestilence, doesn’t that describe the current world situation? The bubonic plague struck many times in the past two millenniums. At one point it was responsible for the death of 750 million people. That’s two-thirds of the world’s population at that time! All this was spoken of in the Bible. While all this is happening, Africa is being eaten alive by locusts and Saudi Arabia was hit with a bird flu pathogen that was killing people.
The beer Corona lost sales due to the virus and the stock market crashed and people were losing their pensions. I lost 20%-30% of my investments. Oil plummeted and business crumbled. Traders lost 203 billion in seconds and currencies were bleeding. I thought of Revelation 18 which speaks of Babylon falling. Babylon could represent the world trade system or the business world. In this chapter of Revelation, it speaks about people who do business suffering from the calamity of the stock market crashing. If this event is happening now, I don’t know. I’m not claiming anything.
Here’s something to think about. The virus is call Coronavirus, right?
Corona could mean a crown or a darkened sun!
Matthew 24:29
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days: ‘The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.’
Don’t you find this strange? The world is a map to the crossroads that we are heading to. It’s a warning! The virus can spread through many items including money. They might go cashless. Digital money might be used and maybe when everything crashes they would have a one-world currency? Maybe we would have to get the Mark of the Beast mentioned in Revelation 13? If you get it, you can buy, sell and have a job with the loss of your soul for all eternity. If you don’t, you will end up being a hobo on the streets! With all the prosperity gospel that’s been spreading like wildfire, who’s going to think twice about taking the Mark? They would automatically think that they need to get it because God is telling them to be prosperous!
Listen, turn to Christ Jesus! Now’s the time to get right with God. Make sure you have a relationship with him. Don’t be afraid of death. If you die, you will know where you will be going. Dying from a virus is the least of your worries if you die without Christ. Death shouldn’t worry us, we have eternal life already with Jesus. But if you don’t, fear will be your plate of food and you don’t even want to know what’s for dessert…
